On my phone it is random that it will work for unfavoriting, on my Galaxy note tablet pro it takes 3 taps in a row to unfavorite a song it also only appears to register from with in the app. This used to be a single tap function tap to favorite, tap to unfavorite, tap to ban (select song or artist). So on my Favorites station I have found that if I unfavorite songs they remain in the lineup but stop playing as much I can also control the theme of this station (eventually) by unfavoriting a bunch of songs. Then the Ban Artist options completely disappeared for short time later it turned up inside the slide out menu, not ideal but ok. It used to be great! You could Favorite, unfavorite, Ban a song, or Ban an Artist with ease. Their ads are spaced out and appropriate in length unless you GO INTO the app, I will get to the in a moment.įavoriting and banning songs, this function has gotten worse. Understood loud and clear, stop playing the systems as a free user Done.īut I am a free user and as such I hear ads, WHICH IS FINE! I totally support the concept of ad supported content and Slacker does not over do it. logging back in from this requires a captcha.errr. Sometime in the last 6 months they apparently implemented a rule that limits you to 12 total skips you can jump stations still but if you blow through all 12 skips in a certain amount of time it throws a session violation error and logs you off. I used to have two stations I favored (Guess I still do, I just use one less now), my Favorites station and a custom station I could go through all 12 skips and then just jump back and forth between the 2 stations till I found a song I wanted to hear. but if you still want to respond, read the last paragraph.įor a while now the slacker app on my Note 3 has irritated me: It used to be that if you ran out of skips you could jump stations and keep skipping run out, jump, skip, and so on. This is nothing more than a Friday morning complaint about something that does not really matter I expect NO ONE to read this.
